Autism / Asperger Syndrome Support Groups

Adults with Autism in Medford -   This is run by Dr. Janet Fletcher and meets at the Smullen Center in Medford on the 1st Sunday of every month. from 1-4pm; for more information, call 535- 1790

AS Adult Support Group - Portland - This group meets on the 2nd and 4th Sundays of the month at the Independence Living Resource Center in Portland.  For more information, contact Roger N. Meyer at rogernmeyer@earthlink.net

Asperger Advocacy Coalition - meets the 2nd Tues. of every month at Autism Training and Support, Inc., 1355-B River Road, Eugene, Oregon.  Contact Nan Lester at 345-3467

Autism Society of Southern Oregon.  They meet the 2nd Thursday of every month in Medford from 7-8:30pm at the Smullen Center in the conference room .  This is for parents and spouses.

PDX Portland Asperger - online e-mail list - The group meets the second Friday of each month (some variation around holidays), 6:30-10 p.m., at West Linn Lutheran Church, 20390 Willamette Drive, West Linn, Oregon. Children learn social skills while playing games and parents share information and experiences. Free, but donations gladly accepted. Potluck snacks and beverages. Game Club - A monthly video and board game party for AS/HFA children age 5-18.
